of the concept of a healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyles in the unity
of its components, biological and social is a social value, which is
strengthening - the most important task of any civilized society.
Healthy lifestyles, according to leading medical experts
in the field of physical culture - is the realization of a single complex
science-based biomedical and socio-psychological system of preventive
measures, in which the importance is proper physical training, proper
combination of work and leisure, the development of resistance to psycho-emotional
overload, overcoming the difficulties associated with complex environmental

There are three main components of a healthy lifestyle:
1) the objective social conditions, and 2) the specific forms of life,
allowing to implement a healthy lifestyle, 3) system of value orientation
to guide the conscious activity.
A healthy lifestyle - a complex systemic process, involving
many components of the lifestyle of modern society and includes the
main areas and directions of human activity.

There is a necessary and sufficient level of physical
activity, characterized by general indicators of good content, structure
and use of an active movement of the regime. This level is determined
by an anabolic recovery after active work, which is an increase and
accumulation of plastic and energy resources of the body to increase
its capacity and efficiency.
Regular physical exercise, increased motor mode for
people of all ages contribute to increase the functionality of the body,
better health. This is especially pronounced in those whose professional
activity is sedentary in nature, does not require physical stress, as
well as in elderly people.
Physical training can be part of people's lifestyles
and become an integral part of the culture only when the human body
is recognized by society, group, individual as a value or intrinsic

by the decision of a complex of five groups of problems:

in the three dimensions of space and under different conditions of support.
4) Improvement of the functional properties of conditioned or features
that determine the success of motor activity. 5) Physical development,
the formation of the basic total size, weight, proportions, the constitution
of the body, correct posture, the prevention of flatfoot.
